- Composed of fourteen crus, with 91 per cent from Grand Cru vineyards and 9 per cent from Premier Cru sites, this wine reflects the finest terroirs of the Champagne region. The selection ensures complexity and depth in every bottle.
- The 2008 vintage reveals the character of an older harvest through its distinctive aromatic profile. Honey, brioche and spice notes have developed with grace, whilst stone fruit and hazelnut emerge with subtle refinement.

In the mouth
A lively, energetic attack reveals white plum, walnut and anise notes. Remarkable freshness and tension persist throughout, with a dry, mineral finish characteristic of the extra-brut style.
On the nose
A complex bouquet opens with honey and brioche, followed by layered spice notes—ginger, cumin and caraway—which gradually evolve towards mirabelle, dried apricot and fresh hazelnut.

Champagne Bollinger is a Champagne house founded in 1829 in Aÿ (Marne). Family-owned and independent. Estate vineyards of 178 hectares, 85% premier and grand cru. Grapes: Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier. Cuvées: Spécial Cuvée, La Grande Année, Vieilles Vignes Françaises, R.D. Base wines fermented in oak casks. Characterful, powerful and vinous Champagne.
