In the mouth

Breeding
Aged 12 months in one to two-year-old oak barrels or wooden vats.
This cuvée pairs admirably with red meat dishes and charcuterie. Its structure and acidity make it particularly suited to roasted game birds such as quail, where the wine's spice notes complement the richness of the meat without dominating the plate.

DOMAINE PIERRE GAILLARD
Domaine Pierre Gaillard is a wine estate in Malleval (Loire), Northern Rhône Valley. Founded in 1986 by Pierre Gaillard (co-founder of Les Vins de Vienne). Around 25 hectares on steep granitic hillsides. Grapes: Syrah, Viognier, Roussanne. Appellations: Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph. Also producing in Faugères (Languedoc).
