Red fruit aromas—cherry and plum—interwoven with subtle spice notes. The bouquet is restrained and well-defined, developing secondary complexity with air.
In the mouth
Medium-bodied and elegant on the palate. Supple, refined tannins provide structure without aggression. The wine moves with balance and poise, finishing with clean acidity and lingering red fruit character.
A wine of considerable versatility at table. Pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, mushroom preparations such as cèpes farcis, and richer egg dishes.
