Three centuries of Burgundian winemaking mastery

  • A wine of immediate pleasure with genuine Burgundian character. Silky tannins and bright acidity carry red fruit through to a refreshing finish, making this an accessible expression of Pinot Noir's elegance.
  • An ideal companion to a convivial dinner table. Its balance and approachability make it equally at home with charcuterie, lighter poultry dishes, or simply as an aperitif wine among friends.
  • A natural pairing with duck breast and other game preparations. The wine's structure and fruit-forward profile complement rich, savoury dishes with particular grace.

Breeding
Ageing for 10 to 12 months in stainless steel vats. The aim is to avoid oak in order to preserve the wine's fruit-driven character and the typicity of Pierres Dorées terroir.
On the eye
Garnet-hued with a luminous intensity characteristic of well-made Pinot Noir.
On the nose
Expressive and inviting. Red berries dominate—cherry and raspberry—with subtle warm spice notes that suggest careful élevage without overshadowing the fruit.
In the mouth
Silky tannins, refined and unobtrusive. A refreshing acidity lifts the palate and carries red fruit flavours with clarity through to a clean, lingering finish.
M. Francois
This wine embodies the Latour signature: honest, unadorned winemaking that allows Pinot Noir's nobility to speak plainly. It offers immediate accessibility without sacrificing genuine Burgundian character. Particularly fine with jambon persillé or similar charcuterie traditions.
