CHATEAU RAUZAN-SEGLA
Set on the deep gravels of Margaux-Cantenac, Château Rauzan-Ségla is one of the most distinguished 2nd Grands Crus Classés 1855 of the Margaux appellation, across 70 hectares in the Gironde. Founded in 1661 by Pierre Desmezures de Rauzan, the château entered a new era in 1994 when the Wertheimer family, owners of Maison Chanel, took the helm and embarked on a rigorous drive for quality — a commitment now crowned by full organic certification from the 2024 vintage. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the consistency of its style: Cabernet Sauvignon-led blends, assured élevage, and the refined finesse that defines great Margaux. A benchmark Bordeaux — classical in expression, yet firmly forward-looking.
