Product features : Chateau Pesquie Ventoux Quintessence 2020 — Organic

Breeding
12 months in French oak barrels.
On the eye
Deep purple robe with good colour intensity.
On the nose
The nose reveals an inviting bouquet dominated by dark fruits—blackcurrant and plum—with emerging notes of black pepper and garrigue that speak to the wine's Provençal origin.
In the mouth
The palate is ample and richly textured, with velvety tannins that provide structure without heaviness. Good persistence and a natural, unforced elegance throughout.
M. Francois
This wine pairs exceptionally well with slow-cooked beef preparations, moussaka, and duck confit. The fruit-forward profile and moderate alcohol make it equally at home with soft cheeses such as Époisses or Taleggio. A versatile food wine of genuine merit.
