In the mouth

Deep purple robe with youthful intensity and good colour saturation
This wine pairs beautifully with Mediterranean vegetable dishes—a gratin of aubergines, for instance, where the mineral backbone and spice notes complement the earthiness of the vegetables. Equally at home with roasted lamb or game birds. Drink now through 2028.
