Sandy terroir elegance from Château Pesquié's parcel trilogy

  • Silica draws its refinement from the distinctive sandy soils of Ventoux, where the mineral character imparts a luminous quality to the wine. The name itself honours the silica-rich earth that defines this particular parcel.
  • Part of Château Pesquié's celebrated parcel trilogy alongside Artemia and Ascensio, Silica represents the house's commitment to expressing terroir through careful site selection and organic viticulture.
  • Sourced directly through Les Halles de Quercamps, this wine offers the authentic voice of the producer without unnecessary intermediaries.

Silica pairs beautifully with charcuterie and delicate grilled meats—veal is particularly well-suited. The wine's freshness and refined structure make it equally at home as an aperitif or alongside lighter summer fare. Best enjoyed at 14–16°C.
