The younger sibling of Château Pesquié—with considerable character of its own

  • This cinsault rosé captures the essence of a summer fruit basket: fresh strawberries and raspberries picked at their peak, with a natural acidity that speaks of careful harvest timing and thoughtful winemaking.
  • A wine of genuine freshness and precision, it is ideally suited to warm weather entertaining. Its lightness and clarity make it a natural companion to al fresco meals and leisurely afternoons.
  • Le Paradou evokes those unhurried moments—shared meals, easy conversation, the simple pleasure of good wine among family and friends. It carries the warmth of Provençal tradition without pretension.

In the mouth
Light and precise, with a clean, refreshing attack. The wine shows excellent balance between fruit and acidity, finishing with a dry, mineral quality that encourages another sip. Uncomplicated, yet thoroughly satisfying.
On the nose
Delicate red berries—strawberry and raspberry—mingling with citrus notes. The bouquet is fresh and inviting, with a subtle floral undertone that speaks to the cinsault's natural elegance.
On the eye
Pale salmon with bright, luminous reflections
M. Francois
Le Paradou is at its best as an apéritif wine, served well-chilled among friends. Its approachability and lack of pretension make it ideal for informal gatherings, yet its structure and balance reward closer attention. A wine that knows its place and fills it with quiet confidence.
