Breeding
Aged for one year in oak barrels of two to five wines, then six months in stainless steel tank.
On the eye
Pale golden hue, bright and translucent.
On the nose
Intense and expressive: lychee and apricot lead, with citrus zest and a subtle mineral undertone. The bouquet develops with air.
In the mouth
Rich and textured, with good weight on the palate. The finish is clean and persistent, with a saline minerality that lingers pleasantly.
This wine's structure and depth make it an excellent partner for poultry dishes with subtle spicing—a mild curry sauce or ginger-inflected preparation would complement the wine's mineral backbone and aromatic profile particularly well. It also pairs thoughtfully with shellfish and creamy vegetable preparations.
