In the mouth
A structured palate with good weight and definition. Dark berries and violet notes are framed by black pepper spice, finishing with a clean, mineral edge that reflects the wine's terroir.

Black pepper and liquorice emerge first, followed by subtle spice notes. The bouquet develops gradually, revealing layers of dark fruit beneath the savoury aromatics.
On the eye
Deep violet-tinged garnet, with a lustrous intensity characteristic of well-ripened Syrah.
