Breeding
12 months in French oak barrels.
On the eye
Deep, intense garnet with violet reflections, characteristic of a wine still in its youth.
On the nose
Pronounced aromas of blackcurrant and dark cherry, layered with subtle spice and a whisper of garrigue that speaks to the wine's Provençal terroir.
In the mouth
Vigorous entry softens into ripe dark fruit and liquorice notes, supported by supple, well-integrated tannins that provide structure without harshness.
M. Francois
This wine exemplifies the genuine quality that the Ventoux terroir can achieve. Robust yet balanced, it represents the region's character faithfully—a wine of substance that rewards both immediate enjoyment and patient cellaring.
