Breeding
Ageing: for 12 to 15 months in concrete vat (40%), barrel (30%) and demi-muids (30%) on light toasts.

CHATEAU PESQUIE
Château Pesquié is a wine estate in the Ventoux appellation, at the foot of Mont Ventoux (Vaucluse). Owned by the Chaudière-Bastide family. Around 95 hectares at 300-400 m altitude. Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette. Organically farmed. The wines express the freshness brought by the altitude and the mistral of Ventoux.
