Breeding
Ageing takes place predominantly in vats (stainless steel or concrete) for 70%, and approximately 30% in oak barrels of several vintages for 12 to 15 months.
On the eye
A clear, deep ruby appearance that speaks to the wine's concentration and purity.
On the nose
An intense bouquet of fresh red fruit with pronounced peppery spice notes. The aromatics are inviting and well-defined, suggesting a wine of character.
In the mouth
Fresh and round in equal measure. Red fruit flavours are complemented by subtle floral and peppery notes, with silky tannins providing structure without heaviness.
M. Francois
Terrasses rewards its versatility. Serve it with straightforward pleasures—grilled meats, charcuterie, vegetable tarts—or more ambitious fare such as game birds, terrines, or offal. Its organic credentials and balanced profile make it a natural choice for the thoughtful drinker seeking authenticity without pretension.
