An expression of terroir balance and savoury pleasure

  • A rosé of considerable versatility at table. Its mineral character and restrained fruit profile make it equally at home with lighter dishes or as an aperitif wine of genuine substance.
  • The wine announces itself through aromas of fresh redcurrant and raspberry, with bright citrus notes that persist without heaviness. A wine of genuine aromatic clarity.
  • Mineral in structure with a complexity that rewards attention. The interplay between fruit and acidity creates a wine of poise rather than mere refreshment.

Product features : Chateau Pesquie Ventoux Terrasses 2022 — Organic

Breeding
Exclusively in stainless steel on fine lees for several months to preserve mineral tension and crisp fruit
On the eye
Pale, luminous, and crystalline in appearance.
On the nose
Fresh red berries—redcurrant and raspberry—combine with citrus notes. A clean, mineral quality underpins the fruit without dominating it.
In the mouth
The palate shows considerable freshness, with redcurrant and raspberry flavours supported by citrus acidity. Subtle floral notes add dimension. The wine is well-balanced, with neither excess weight nor thinness.
M. Francois
This Ventoux proves itself a natural companion to cuisine with exotic or Asian influences. The mineral backbone and restrained fruit provide a counterpoint to spiced or aromatic dishes. A rosé of genuine food-friendliness rather than mere summer drinking.
