Product features : Domaine Henri Bourgeois Pouilly-Fumé la Demoiselle 2020

In the mouth
The palate echoes the nose's fruit character with admirable precision. A subtle oak influence emerges towards the finish, adding structure and length without overwhelming the wine's essential elegance and freshness.
On the nose
Expressive and fruit-driven on the nose, displaying characteristic Loire aromatics with white stone fruit and subtle floral notes. The bouquet develops with aeration, revealing mineral undertones.
On the eye
Brilliant pale gold with fine clarity and luminosity
Breeding
This wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (85%) and Tronçais oak barrels (15%). Aged on fine fermentation lees for 7 to 8 months.
M. Francois
This Pouilly-Fumé pairs beautifully with fish and seafood, though its mineral backbone and subtle oak also complement lighter poultry dishes and certain spiced preparations. The principal consideration is your own pleasure: serve it well-chilled as an aperitif, or with food that respects its refined character.
