Breeding
Ageing for over 10 years in the chalk cellars of Maison Ruinart.
On the eye
Delicate rose hue, suffused with raspberry-coloured reflections
On the nose
Warm spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger—mingle with citrus brightness: blood orange and kumquat. A floral second note emerges: violet and peony. The bouquet concludes with an iodine-tinged minerality reminiscent of oyster shell.
In the mouth
Silken attack with red fruit acidity: pomegranate and redcurrant. The mid-palate flows with saline character, whilst the finish is firm and intense, marked by subtle bitterness and refined effervescence.
M. Francois
Consider this rosé alongside roasted guinea fowl with warm spices and seasonal vegetables. The wine's mineral backbone and restrained sweetness complement poultry beautifully, whilst the acidity cleanses the palate between courses.

CHAMPAGNE RUINART

Founded on 1 September 1729 in Reims, Ruinart holds the distinction of being the oldest Champagne House in the world. Spanning 17 hectares across the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, the House works chalk soils of remarkable mineral character, its Gallo-Roman crayères listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Chardonnay lies at the heart of Ruinart's identity, lending its cuvées a characteristic aerial elegance and precise tension. The House joined the LVMH group in 1987 and holds HVE certification. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the consistency of its style, the depth of its historical roots, and the rigour of its viticultural commitments. A Champagne reference we are proud to list.
