Châteauneuf-du-Pape's versatility at table is well established. This wine pairs naturally with grilled meats, lamb, duck, and braised dishes. For vegetable-forward cuisine, consider roasted seasonal vegetables, Moroccan-spiced chicken tagine with olives, or smoked cauliflower steaks. The wine's structure also suits richer seafood preparations.
