In the mouth

On the nose
Powerful aromatic expression: dark fruits, leather and liquorice, with roasted and oriental spice notes. Eucalyptus emerges in the background. Remarkable aromatic intensity throughout.

Deep ruby-red with violet highlights; a wine of considerable colour intensity.
Breeding
Unique ageing of 40 months in new oak barrels.
This is a wine of considerable substance, suited to extended cellaring and the accompaniment of substantial game dishes. The 2019 vintage offers the concentration and structure necessary for a decade or more of development. Approach with patience; reward yourself accordingly.
