A sensory journey through time and terroir

  • A distinctive assemblage drawing from vintages 2017 to 2021, this wine captures the full expression of the terroir's richness and natural variation across successive harvests.
  • Matured in tulip-shaped cement vessels with extended contact on the lees for two to three years, a method that builds textural depth and layered complexity throughout the wine.
  • The aromatic profile balances floral notes with ripe stone fruit, underpinned by restrained reduction and a refined mineral character that defines the Burgundian expression.

Dried fruits and fully mature citrus lead the bouquet, with yellow stone fruits, pear and quince developing on the palate's approach, layered with subtle reduction.
On the eye
Deep golden
Breeding
In tulip-shaped concrete vats, predominantly on lees for 2 to 3 years for enhanced texture and complexity
M. Francois
A white wine of considerable substance, rewarding those who seek intensity and structure in their Burgundy. The solera method and cement élevage create a wine of uncommon depth, balancing freshness with the honeyed complexity that comes from time in bottle. Ideal for serious collectors of white Burgundy.
