On the eye
Pale lemon-yellow with crystalline highlights, suggesting freshness and precision.
On the nose
Inviting aromas of citrus and exotic stone fruits, with subtle floral notes that develop as the wine opens. The bouquet speaks of careful viticulture and cool-climate ripening.
In the mouth
Bright and fruited on the palate, with a refined mineral structure that provides excellent definition. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasant saline note.
M. Francois
This is a wine of understated elegance. Serve it cool with raw vegetables, white fish, or shellfish—or simply as an aperitif to appreciate its purity. The organic certification reflects genuine commitment rather than fashion; the wine tastes as it should. Savagnier rewards patience: allow it to settle in the glass for its full character to emerge.
