  • Structured with fine tannins and a lengthy finish, this wine possesses genuine ageing potential. It will develop further nuance and integration over the coming decade.

In the mouth
The palate is refined and well-balanced, with silky tannins that frame the wine without dominating. A mineral spine runs through to a sustained, elegant finish.
On the nose
The bouquet unfolds with dark cherry and plum fruit, complemented by subtle floral notes and a whisper of citrus zest. Hints of cocoa and black pepper emerge with aeration.
On the eye
Deep garnet robe with excellent clarity and depth of colour.
M. Francois
This wine pairs beautifully with prime beef or venison, where its structure and fruit intensity complement rich, savoury dishes. It also works admirably with dark chocolate-based desserts, where the wine's subtle cocoa notes create an engaging harmony.
