The definitive expression of a vintage year: power and elegance in perfect balance

  • Grande Année is released only in exceptional vintages, when climatic conditions allow the grapes to achieve their full potential. Each release tells the story of a singular year, expressed with the precision and refinement that distinguishes Bollinger's approach to Champagne-making.
  • Grapes are sourced exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards of the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. Pinot Noir provides structure and depth, whilst Chardonnay contributes elegance and freshness—a harmonious marriage of power and finesse.
  • Vinified in small, aged oak barrels, a traditional Bollinger practice that builds complexity and structure whilst preserving the wine's freshness. This method develops refined tannins and considerable ageing potential.
