Product features : La Clarte de Haut-Brion 2021 — Pessac-Léognan

In the mouth
The palate opens with a supple, almost silken attack before developing into a more structured, fruity character with good acidity. The finish is clean and persistent, with lingering citrus and stone fruit.
On the nose
Delicate and refined, with white flower aromatics—honeysuckle and acacia—complemented by a whisper of white pepper and mineral notes that speak to the terroir.
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with subtle green glints; a luminous, crystalline appearance in the glass.
Breeding
In new oak barrels at 45% for 9 to 12 months
M. Francois
A wine of considerable finesse, La Clarte pairs beautifully with oysters and other shellfish, where its mineral precision and delicate floral notes enhance the briny sweetness. Also excellent with white fish preparations, particularly those with light butter or herb sauces. Drink now through 2028.
