Aged in wooden barrels with 14 to 18 months' élevage in underground cellars.
On the eye
Deep purple-black colour, impenetrable and concentrated.
On the nose
Intense bouquet marked by dark berries, black plum, and subtle spice notes, with a delicate floral undertone that develops with aeration.
In the mouth
Enveloping and silky on the palate with refined tannins. The liquorice note emerges gracefully, balanced by ripe fruit and a measured acidity that sustains the finish.
An excellent accompaniment to charcuterie, red meat dishes, and sauced preparations. Particularly suited to beef daube, braised game, and quail with grapes. The wine's structure and elegance allow it to enhance rather than overpower the table.
