Product features : Chateau Cantemerle - 5eme Cru Classé 2021 — Haut-Médoc

In the mouth
The palate is full-bodied with good structure. Ripe red fruit flavours are framed by silky tannins that provide backbone without dominating. A wine of substance and balance.
On the nose
The bouquet opens with red fruits—cherry and plum—complemented by subtle notes of chocolate and spice. The aromatics develop gradually, revealing layers of complexity without excessive oak.
On the eye
Brilliant ruby robe with good depth and clarity.
M. Francois
This wine pairs admirably with roasted red meats, game birds, and poultry prepared with classical sauces. It also complements mature cheeses. Best enjoyed at 16-17°C, ideally decanted thirty minutes before service. Suitable for cellaring over the medium term.
