  • Approachable from release, yet with sufficient structure to develop gracefully over several years. A wine that rewards both immediate enjoyment and patient cellaring, offering different pleasures at each stage.

In the mouth
The palate balances freshness with a subtle richness. White fruit flavours develop into a savoury mid-palate, finishing with a gentle spiced bitterness that lingers pleasantly. The structure is elegant and food-friendly.
On the nose
White stone fruits—pear and white peach—emerge first, followed by delicate floral notes and fine citrus zest. The aromatics are restrained and refined rather than showy, inviting closer attention.
On the eye
Pale gold, limpid appearance with subtle luminosity
Breeding
Ageing one-third in 30-hectolitre wooden foudres, one-third in Burgundian barrels without racking and one-third in stainless steel vats, seven months on lees. Blending of different parcels before bottling.
M. Francois
Pairs beautifully with goat's cheeses—particularly Rigotte de Condrieu, Picodon, and Saint-Maure de Touraine—as well as white fish preparations. Consider it also with lighter poultry dishes and vegetable-based cuisine. The wine's natural acidity and mineral undertones make it a versatile table companion.
