Product features : Chateau Quinault l'Enclos 2019 — Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

In the mouth
Fine and elegant on the palate, with a beautiful expression of ripe fruit, silky tannins and a lingering finish that speaks to the wine's breeding and balance
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of red and dark fruits—plum and blackcurrant—with subtle secondary notes developing as the wine opens in the glass
On the eye
Deep garnet, with good colour intensity characteristic of the vintage
Breeding
12 to 18 months
M. Francois
This is a wine of considerable finesse, well suited to classic game dishes such as civet of hare or roasted venison. The structure and fruit intensity will reward cellaring for a decade or more, though the wine is approachable now for those with patience to decant.
