Product features : Chateau Giscours - 3eme Cru Classé 2021 — Margaux

Breeding
15 to 18 months in French oak barrels (50% new barrels)
On the eye
Deep, concentrated colour with excellent clarity
On the nose
Black fruits predominate—cassis and plum—complemented by subtle oak influence and hints of cedar. The bouquet is composed and layered, unfolding gradually with aeration.
In the mouth
The palate is refined and densely structured. Fine-grained tannins provide framework without heaviness, whilst the mid-palate delivers concentration and length. The finish is persistent and elegant.
M. Francois
Giscours pairs excellently with game birds and furred game, particularly when prepared with rich sauces. The wine's structure and tannin profile make it equally suited to beef dishes and mature hard cheeses. It is a versatile table wine for the serious collector.
