  • Built upon the richness of Merlot, this wine displays the power and structure characteristic of the finest Saint-Emilion terroirs. The Merlot provides the wine's generous body and ripe fruit character.
  • Cabernet Franc contributes freshness and peppery notes, adding complexity and definition to the palate. These aromatic qualities provide elegant counterpoint to the wine's underlying power.
  • This cuvée possesses considerable cellaring potential. The balance between fruit, tannin and acidity suggests the wine will develop gracefully over the coming years, rewarding patience with additional complexity.

M. Francois
This wine pairs beautifully with game dishes, particularly braised game birds with lentils. The wine's structure and peppery notes complement the richness of such preparations. Decant thirty minutes before serving to allow the aromatics to fully express themselves.
