In the mouth
The palate opens with crisp, fruit-forward character before developing a textured, slightly saline mid-palate. The wine finishes with good length and a pleasant mineral grip.
On the nose
The bouquet unfolds with delicate white flower aromatics—honeysuckle and acacia—layered with subtle citrus and mineral notes that reflect the schist-rich soils of the vineyard.
On the eye
Golden-yellow in colour, with a luminous clarity that suggests both ripeness and freshness.
Breeding
Aged on fine lees for 12 months.
This Muscadet is particularly well-suited to langoustines, crustaceans and fish in sauce. Its acidity and mineral backbone make it an excellent aperitif wine, whilst its subtle richness allows it to partner confidently with lighter poultry dishes and vegetable-based preparations.

Les Domaines Landron is a family wine estate in La Haye-Fouassière (Loire-Atlantique), Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine appellation. Founded by the Landron family. Around 47 hectares of vines. Grape: Melon de Bourgogne. Gneiss, orthogneiss and granite soils. Biodynamic farming. Single-vineyard cuvées: Fief du Breil, Amphibolite, Le Clos La Carizière. Mineral wines for extended ageing.
