In the mouth
The palate opens with immediate fruit presence: white peach and citrus notes accompany the floral character detected on the nose. The wine maintains freshness throughout, with a clean, mineral finish that suggests food-friendliness.
On the nose
Primary aromas of white flowers—acacia and honeysuckle—mingle with stone fruit and hints of exotic notes. The bouquet is delicate yet expressive, inviting rather than demanding.
On the eye
Pale yellow with golden glints. Clear and luminous, suggesting both freshness and ripeness.

Serve chilled as an aperitif, or pair with shellfish, white fish, and lighter seafood preparations. The wine's organic credentials and food-versatile profile make it suitable for both casual entertaining and more considered meals. Best enjoyed within three to four years of vintage.
