Breeding
Aged predominantly in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months, with a minimal proportion of new oak (approximately 10-15%) to preserve the fruit character

Pale yellow with golden glints, reflecting its youth and vibrant character.
On the nose
Subtle aromas of white flowers and stone fruits—green apple and pear—with a gentle buttered note that speaks to careful élevage.
In the mouth
Fresh and well-balanced, with flavours of green apple, pear and lemon zest. A pronounced minerality runs through to a crisp, refreshing finish that lingers pleasantly.

Domaine Sarrazin et Fils is a family wine estate in Jambles, Givry appellation (Burgundy). Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds) and Chardonnay (whites). Appellations: Givry, Givry Premier Cru. Around 20 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Fine, fruity wines representative of the Côte Chalonnaise.
