In the mouth
The palate is both lively and rounded. Green apple and citrus flavours are complemented by a mineral backbone that extends through to a clean, refreshing finish. The wine's natural acidity provides structure and balance.
On the nose
Delicate white floral notes lead to citrus and stone fruit aromas—lemon, green apple, and white peach. A subtle hazelnut undertone adds complexity without overwhelming the primary fruit character.
On the eye
Pale gold with green-tinged highlights. The appearance is bright and clear, suggesting freshness and careful handling.
Breeding
Aged on fine lees to enrich the texture and add complexity to the bouquet without masking the fruity character
M. Francois
This wine pairs naturally with shellfish, white fish, and lighter poultry dishes. It complements creamed veal, fresh goat's cheese, and vegetable-based preparations such as risotto and ratatouille. Equally suited to aperitif service or informal entertaining with charcuterie and antipasti.
