In the mouth
Considerable aromatic power coupled with a fleshy, textured palate. The tannins are refined and silky rather than austere, whilst the wine concludes with a finish of genuine distinction and length. The overall impression is one of elegance married to substance.
On the nose
Ripe red fruits dominate—particularly black cherry—with an ample, dense expression characteristic of well-ripened Pinot Noir. The bouquet unfolds with considerable presence, revealing subtle secondary notes as the wine opens in the glass.

Bright, luminous ruby with an appealing vivacity that suggests both youth and promise.
Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels for 12 months - 3 to 4 months in stainless steel vats then bottling
A wine of genuine merit alongside roasted poultry or seasonal vegetables prepared simply to allow the wine's character to shine. The structure and balance would equally complement game birds or mushroom-based preparations. Decant thirty minutes before service to allow full expression of its aromatic complexity.
