Breeding
Aged 60% in stainless steel and 40% in two to four year old demi-muids.
On the eye
Deep carmine-red, with good colour intensity reflecting the wine's structure
On the nose
Ripe red fruits dominate, with secondary notes of minerals and subtle vanilla from élevage. The aromatics are well-defined and inviting.
In the mouth
Rich and fruit-forward on the palate, with well-integrated tannins that are supple rather than aggressive. The wine displays elegance and balance, with a satisfying length.
A versatile food wine. Pair with rabbit in chasseur sauce, red meats, and mature cheeses. The structure and refinement make this a natural companion to traditional French cuisine. Drink now or cellar for five to eight years.

Domaine Brusset is a family wine estate in Cairanne (Vaucluse), southern Rhône Valley. Founded in 1947. Around 90 hectares of vines. Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Viognier.
