In the mouth
The attack is powerful and generous. The palate displays excellent balance between ripe fruit and refreshing acidity, with a firm tannic structure that supports the wine's ageing potential.
On the nose
Appealing aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, with subtle undertones of white pepper and liquorice. The bouquet is well-defined and inviting.
On the eye
Intense ruby-red with violet glints, suggesting good concentration and structure.
Breeding
Aged 15 months in French oak barrels.
