Product features : Champagne Philippe Gonet 3210 Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs — Champagne

In the mouth
Supple and refined, with ripe stone fruit—peach and apricot preserve—balanced by citrus brightness: grapefruit and green lemon. The palate remains fresh and linear, finishing with admirable length and mineral precision.
On the nose
Delicate bouquet of lightly toasted pastry notes evolving into floral nuances of iris and lime blossom, with a whisper of white stone minerality.
On the eye
Brilliant pale gold with fine, lively bubbles forming an elegant, persistent bead.
M. Francois
A champagne of considerable elegance and restraint. The absence of dosage allows the vintage character and terroir definition to emerge with clarity. Ideal as an aperitif where its crisp acidity and mineral backbone will shine, or as an accompaniment to seafood and lighter cuisine. A wine that rewards contemplation rather than mere refreshment.

Nicolas françois, propriétaire passionné des halles de quercamps

CHAMPAGNE PHILIPPE GONET

Established at Le Mesnil-sur-Oger since 1910, Champagne Philippe Gonet cultivates 19 hectares on the celebrated deep chalk soils of the Côte des Blancs, one of Champagne's most prestigious Grand Cru villages. Founded in 1830 by Pierre-Charles Gonet, the House is today led by Pierre and Chantal Gonet, who have committed the vineyards to organic conversion since 2021. The chalk here reaches down to 40 metres, riddled with belemnite fossils that lend the wines their distinctive mineral character. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the precision and depth of its cuvées, the remarkable chalk cellars dating to 1783, and a genuine, unhurried commitment to sustainable viticulture. A true terroir Champagne — mineral, focused, and worth cellaring.
