Complex bouquet of ripe dark fruits, leather and tobacco, with subtle notes of graphite and sweet spice. The aromatics develop with air, revealing further layers of mineral character.

Breeding
15 to 18 months in oak barrels, with a proportion of new wood, to provide structure and refinement whilst maintaining the fruit balance
