Breeding
Destemming at harvest followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at temperatures between 19 and 26°C. Extended lees contact over winter then light filtration prior to bottling.
On the eye
A clear ruby-red robe of medium intensity, suggesting a wine of balance and restraint.
On the nose
The bouquet reveals blackcurrant bud and raspberry, with a subtle herbaceous undertone characteristic of the region. The aromatics are fresh and inviting without excessive extraction.
In the mouth
The palate is supple and fruit-forward, dominated by fresh raspberry and blackberry notes. The structure is elegant, with fine tannins and good acidity that provides freshness and length.

DOMAINE DE JOY
Domaine de Joy is a wine estate in Panjas (Gers), in the Gascony vineyard (South-West France). Founded in 1928 by the Gessler family. Around 60 hectares of vines. Grapes: Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Tannat, Merlot. Appellations: Côtes de Gascogne, Saint Mont. Sustainably farmed. Dry whites, sweet whites and reds.
