This wine demonstrates the elegance characteristic of Fronsac's best producers. Its structure and aromatic complexity make it particularly suited to game birds—a roasted quail with forcemeat would be an exemplary pairing, allowing the wine's spiced notes and mineral freshness to complement the delicate meat.
