Domaine Georges Vernay is a wine estate in Condrieu (Northern Rhône). Founded in 1953 by Georges Vernay, regarded as the 'father of Condrieu'. Now run by Christine Vernay. Around 8 hectares. Grapes: Viognier (Condrieu), Syrah (Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph). Cuvées: Les Chaillées de l'Enfer, Coteau de Vernon, Maison Rouge (Côte-Rôtie). Benchmark Northern Rhône wines.
