Product features : Domaine de Courteillac 2015 — Bordeaux Supérieur

In the mouth
The palate is well-rounded and fleshy, with firm but refined tannins that provide structure without harshness. A wine of good balance and length
On the nose
The bouquet reveals attractive red fruit character—cherry and plum—complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and gentle spice from careful élevage
On the eye
Deep ruby-red with excellent clarity and brightness
Breeding
Aged 50% in new French oak barrels and 50% in one-year-old French oak barrels for 12 to 15 months.
M. Francois
This Bordeaux Supérieur pairs admirably with grilled beef cuts such as entrecôte, as well as charcuterie boards and mature cheeses. Its structure and fruit weight make it a natural companion to the table rather than an aperitif wine.
