In the mouth
Concentrated and layered. The palate reveals dark fruits, soft spice, and floral undertones, finishing with impressive length and a fine mineral grip that speaks to the terroir.

Ripe red and dark fruits dominate—cherry and blackberry—with subtle floral notes and a whisper of spice beneath.

Deep garnet, almost black at the core, with a lustrous rim.
Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels for 12 months (30% new wood)
