DOMAINE SAINT-PREFERT
Domaine Saint Préfert is a wine estate in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation (Southern Rhône). Run by Isabel Ferrando. Around 15 hectares on rolled-pebble and red clay soils. Grapes: Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Clairette, Roussanne. Single-vineyard cuvées: Charles Giraud (single-plot old-vine Grenache), Collection Charles Giraud. Vinification in amphorae and demi-muids.
