In the mouth

On the nose
A complex bouquet of dark berries—blackcurrant and plum—interwoven with violet, white pepper, and subtle smoky undertones. The aromatics develop with air, revealing further nuance.
On the eye
Deep garnet robe, almost black in intensity, suggesting concentration and maturity.
This wine pairs admirably with beef and lamb, particularly when roasted or braised. Game—venison, duck, wild boar—finds an excellent match in its tannin structure and savoury complexity. The mineral finish complements herb-based sauces and earthy accompaniments.
