Beaujolais Blanc

The regional appellation "Beaujolais Blanc" was created in 1937, on limestone or clay-limestone soils. Beaujolais Blanc is a rare wine as only 160 hectares are cultivated. Its winemaking process is quite different from that of red wines: the grapes are pressed upon arrival in the cellar. Fermentation lasts about fifteen days. These wines are the hidden gems of the vineyard, offering subtle aromas of fresh fruits and white flowers. In line with this great varietal, they combine substance and freshness, achieving a balanced blend of roundness and finesse with a touch of complexity. In other words, Beaujolais Blanc is a discovery not to be missed!
