Methode Traditionnelle Blanc

The appellation "Méthode traditionnelle blanc" encompasses sparkling wines produced in several French regions. These wines are renowned for their quality and meticulous production process, which includes a second fermentation in the bottle. This method, forbidden to use under the name "méthode champenoise" for wines outside the Champagne region since 1994, is nevertheless applied in designations such as Limoux, Gaillac, and Crémant du Jura. These wines are distinguished by their rich foam and refined aromas.
