Vignobles Roux

"Le Château Taffard de Blaignan is produced in the Médoc, and more specifically in the Vignobles Roux, a domain that covers over 65 hectares and benefits from a unique terroir, where gravels - a mix of sand and gravel - predominate, highly conducive to the production of exceptionally high-quality grapes. Bathed in an ideally temperate micro-climate, the vineyard is situated at an altitude of 34 meters, one of the highest points on the peninsula, at the crossroads of the prestigious vineyards of Saint Emilion and Sauternes. It is dominated by the Merlot grape variety, but Cabernet Sauvignon also accounts for nearly a third of the planting."
