Domain Laurent Miquel
The Miquel family already owned vineyards in Languedoc under the Old Regime. Then in 1791, they took over the Cazal Viel estate, formerly operated by the monks of Fontcaude Abbey. Eight generations later, their vineyards are all cultivated using sustainable agriculture practices, allowing the vines and terroir to fully express themselves. This work gives rise to refined wines, well-balanced and marked by minerality.
